tiger_moranOne of my other dreams recently was about Midsomer Murders, something about turning on the TV one day and they'd just randomly put on a brand new episode without bothering to tell anyone it was going to be on (which to be honest kind of sounds like something ITV would end up doing with Midsomer Murders, there's basically been a week's notice and no actual advertising for some of the episodes already) and I'd already missed half of it and I don't think anything like this was actually in the dream-episode but I woke up thinking 'they really need to murder someone with a train'
And I mean... true. They do. Preferably a diesel.
There's been suicide by train and murder next to the lines of a heritage railway but no train was actually involved and as far as I can remember there's been no actual murder by train? They should really fix that.
I still keep thinking a lot about that ghost train thing and the person who claimed to have seen an entire ghost diesel train going past them. I want to see a ghost diesel train. Sure it would scare the absolute shit out of me but I would still love to see ghost trains on the ghost railway lines. And it's like... I tried to avoid a lot of the more obvious supernatural stuff in my original fic before but the temptation to actually write something with ghost railways and ghost trains is very very strong right now.
